You can choose to bring your Apple products to our Service Center for repair or maintenance, or for less hassle allow us to either do a collect and return, or conduct an on-site support*. More options, less headache.

The MediaCast Standard Support Package provides one year maintenance and support to your Apple product. It is packed with the following features:

The MediaCast Enterprise Support Package is for clients who require immediate hardware replacement materials and maximized software protection. With this package your work can continue, even when your hardware does not. It provides the features in the Standard Support Package plus the following:
• Fifty Percent faster Response Time in Telephone, E-mail and On-Site Support.
• One year additional warranty for your hardware parts.
• One day target resolution for hardware issues.
• Temporary replacement of hardware should the repair exceed one day.
